Colin Murchie is Senior Director of Business Development at EVgo. Murchie’s considering experience includes more than 15 years in the solar energy industry at the intersection of regulation, finance, and infrastructure deployment. Previous roles span State and Federal government affairs, business development and commercial sales/account management, and wholesale energy markets including roles with Sol Systems, SolarCity (now Tesla), SunEdison, and the Solar Energy Industries Association. In his role at EVgo, Murchie works with utility and public sector stakeholders to grow EVgo’s network and accelerate the transition to electric transportation.

Murchie earned an MBA from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and an BSc in Natural resources from Cornell University's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
