KEYZOM NGODUP MASSALLY

Head of Digital Programming, Chief Digital Office

UNDP

Keyzom leads digital programming at UNDP Chief Digital Office.  She builds offers and teams around a range of services to support our partners in building inclusive and resilient digital ecosystems, building on UNDP’s continuous thought leadership in digital development, including through forward-looking horizon-scanning on emerging technologies and new developments.  She serves on the board of the Digital Public Goods Alliance.  She was previously with the UN-Better Than Cash Alliance where she is Head of the Asia Pacific Region working with 75 governments, companies, and international organizations that accelerates the global transition from cash to digital payments in order to drive inclusive growth and reduce poverty, contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.  She led the UN Principles for Responsible Digital Payments globally and convenes high-level country and regional dialogues on the next billion users’ privacy, and consent, and has co-founded a digital public good OpenG2P with the Government of Sierra Leone.

Previously, Keyzom led technical assistance teams in various markets, including West Africa, the Pacific and South Asia at the UN Capital Development Fund. Keyzom holds a Master of Public Policy and a Bachelors in Gender Studies & Economics from Cornell University, and was part of the pilot cohort at the Cornell Sustainable Global Enterprises.
