DIANE KALDANY

Diane understands the impact that comes from directing focus and funds to help improve people’s lives and communities. In her career as a private banker, fundraiser, foundation director and volunteer board member, she helped corporations and high net worth individuals guide their donations for the greatest benefit. A multi-cultural professional, Diane has seen the difference that commitment can make as well as the vast needs that go unmet. She also observed that corporations who commit their extensive resources to making a difference in our world, derive benefits to both their brand and their bottom line.

By 2018, Diane saw that systemic change is required to address the social inequities and the environmental crisis that our planet is experiencing. She recognized that businesses need to take an active role to be part of the solution while fulfilling the growing expectations of shareholders, customers and employees. Over the years she realized that the best model to direct capital and resources from enterprises into programmatic initiatives at the grass-root level, is to form private-public partnerships. To that end, she co-founded this collaborative, bringing under one roof a group of committed consultants with their collective expertise and wisdom, to encourage and help companies that have embarked on a purposeful business journey.
