Julia is a Senior Associate at OnePointFive. She brings 6+ years of experience as a business consultant at EY, where she most recently managed project teams and advised Fortune 30 banking clients on banking strategy, risk management, compliance, and operations. She is passionate about sustainable food systems and the power of plant-based diets to help reverse climate change, and has dedicated her career to working on sustainability challenges and solutions. She is a Food Access Volunteer with GrowNYC, supporting their greenmarkets and composting programs, and recently completed Buckminster Fuller Institute's course on regenerative agriculture and systems change.

Julia was born in Ukraine and raised in Brooklyn, NY, where she is currently based. She graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management. She is a native Russian speaker and proficient in Spanish.
