Monica Touesnard is Associate Director of the Center for Sustainable Global Enterprise and the Career Management Center in the SC Johnson College of Business. With more than twenty years’ experience working with companies and organizations at the intersection of business and sustainability, Monica has a breadth and depth of knowledge of careers impacting environmental and social issues – from renewable energy to international development to B-corps and more. Over the years she has fostered an extensive network of alumni and experts in the field. Monica enjoys interacting and working with students to help them develop their full leadership potential and ultimately realize their sustainability career goals. Their success is her success! Monica has taught classes on microfinance and design thinking for social impact. In her spare time Monica is a Girl Scout leader and is president of the board of Ithaca Public Education Initiative (IPEI). She enjoys biking, skiing, gardening and spending time with family.
