Julie is a Manager on REBA’s Supply Chain & International Collaboration team, where she works to help companies accelerate the procurement of renewable energy for their own operations and in their supply chains. Previously, Julie was a clean energy consultant for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and Bangkok, Thailand, where she worked with governments in Southeast Asia to identify, finance, and monitor clean energy projects and programs. Julie also has experience with USAID-funded clean energy projects. Julie earned her master’s in Regional Planning from Cornell University (an SGE 2013 alum) and bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Dance from Shenandoah University.
