Evelyn is a Managing Director and Global Head of Structured Lending at Citigroup. She retains responsibility for the Asset Finance Group ("AFG"), the global securitization lending platform and management of the teams which monitor the alternative energy and project finance portfolios.
Involved in the asset finance industry for 32 years, Evelyn has closed transactions in the rail, aircraft, real estate, power, renewable energy, energy efficiency and shipping sectors as an advisor and principal. Prior to joining Citigroup, 21 years ago, Evelyn was involved in the origination and execution of transactions at Macquarie Bank. Evelyn spent eight years with Fulbright & Jaworski and Lord Day & Lord Barrett Smith advising both issuers and investors on tax matters.
Evelyn holds an LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law, a JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a BA from Yeshiva University.
